We have particular expertise and experience in the management of UK commercial property funds and currently have over a £1 billion under management.

Over the last ten years we have achieved significant and consistent investment returns for our clients through investing, developing and enhancing the value, through active management, of a broad portfolio of commercial, retail, industrial and mixed-use properties.

We manage over 4,500,000 sq ft (418,064 sq m) across the UK with a capital value in the order of £1.5 bn. Here our goal is to build long-term value through maximising short-term financial and ‘physical’ potential.
